As a Marketing Operations Specialist at Engine, you will support and optimize our marketing technology stack, execute campaigns, maintain data hygiene, and ensure smooth operational alignment across the marketing function. You will partner with marketing, sales, and revenue operations to drive exceptional execution of marketing initiatives and pipeline growth.
Your Mission:
- Campaign Operations: Set up, test, and deploy marketing campaigns.
- Data Management: Maintain accuracy of marketing data within CRM and marketing automation systems.
- Technology Support: Assist in the administration, optimization, and troubleshooting of the marketing technology stack.
- Reporting & Analytics: Support monthly and ad hoc marketing performance reporting.
- Process Improvement: Document and help streamline processes for campaign operations.
- Automation management: build and optimize current automation efforts that align with PLG and sales-led motions
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and revenue operations to align on campaign execution.
Expectations:
- Learn and master our marketing automation, CRM, and related marketing tech in your first 45 days.
- Consistently execute campaign setup, QA, and launch with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
- Proactively surface data quality or process issues and collaborate on solutions.
- Demonstrate ownership for assigned tasks and mature project management skills.
- Outcome-focused: build quickly, iterate swiftly and be deliverable-driven.
What You’ll Bring to Engine:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or a related field (or relevant internship/work experience).
- Strong interest in marketing technology, data analytics, and digital marketing operations.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRMs or marketing automation (internship/academic exposure is acceptable).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized; eager to learn and take initiative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
