The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized and data-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to join the Immersive Labs Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing marketing processes, managing data integrity, and ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing systems.
You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to align go-to-market (GTM) strategies, support campaign management, and provide insights through data analysis. Your role will be critical in the day-to-day execution of marketing operations, managing our tech stack, maintaining data accuracy and integrity, and ensuring effective campaign execution.
What You'll Do
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing tech stack, ensuring integrations and processes run smoothly across platforms
- Oversee critical data management tasks, including list uploads and segmentation, lead scoring, lead and target account management, and database organization
- Own the accuracy and cleanliness of our marketing database, focusing on data enrichment, segmentation, and hygiene across platforms
- Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Manage campaign execution, including setup, tracking, reporting, and post-campaign analysis
- Assist in marketing performance reporting to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Provide training and support to team members on go-to-market (GTM) tools and processes
Who You Are
- Experience in marketing operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proficiency in marketing and sales tooling
- Familiar with digital marketing strategies
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
