Flagright is seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Your Profile:
Responsibilities:
- Own day-to-day execution of demand-gen operations for North America and global campaigns.
- Build, maintain, and optimize HubSpot workflows.
- Manage UTM governance and campaign tracking.
- Maintain and QA attribution models.
- Manage marketing cost tracking.
- Produce and distribute the Demand-Generation Snapshot and campaign performance dashboards.
- Publish weekly Ops Update in Slack.
- Partner with SDRs/account executives on lead capture and ROI reporting for events.
- Own post-event data QA and integration into CRM.
- Troubleshoot and optimise landing page integrations, forms, and CRM sync.
- Support the rollout of new tools, integrations, and process documentation.
Your Profile:
- 2+ years in marketing ops or demand-gen ops in B2B SaaS.
- Expert in HubSpot.
- Strong understanding of multi-touch attribution.
- Advanced Excel/Sheets skills.
- Proficiency with Looker Studio, BigQuery, or similar BI tools.
- Strong communicator.
