Full-Time Marketing Ops Coordinator I

Support Oncology Sales Team

This role will assist the Oncology Sales team with regional conference logistics.

Responsibilities:

• Manage regional conference intake, approval, and recording.
• Request conference payments via Accounts Payable.
• Manage purchase requisitions and contract renewals.
• Work with vendors to obtain quotes and manage payment schedules.

Qualifications:

• Initiative and self-direction. Requires minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• 2-5 years of coordinating or operational experience.
• Excellent time management and prioritization.
• Quick learner for new software and technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Extreme attention to detail.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.
• Bay Area location is a plus.

Work Model: Hybrid.

• Days at Guardant facility: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (for those within 50 miles of a Guardant facility).
• Work-from-home days are available for individual-focused time.

Salary: $65,600 - $90,000 (dependent on location)

• Travel: Less than 10% (US)
• Lifting and office equipment usage required.
• Desk-based work; possible exposure to noise, fumes, and biohazards (in lab settings).
• Ability to sit for extended periods.
