Full-Time Marketing Ops Coordinator I

Job Summary: Support the Oncology Sales team with regional conference payment logistics. Administrative duties include scheduling, meeting management, record-keeping, and event support.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage regional conference intake, approval, and recording using software platform.
2. Request payments for regional conferences with Accounts Payable.
3. Manage purchase requisitions.
4. Manage contract and renewal contracts.
5. Work with vendors to solicit quotes and manage payment schedules.

Qualifications:

• Takes initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Communicates effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• 2-5 years of coordination or operational experience.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Quick learner of new software and technologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Extremely detail-oriented.
• Healthcare experience a plus.
• Bay Area location a plus.

Additional Information:

• Less than 10% US travel.
• Hybrid Work Model: Defined in-person/onsite and work-from-home days.
• Salary range: $65,600 - $90,000 (Palo Alto/Redwood City: $65,600 - $88,560).
• Employee may lift routine office supplies and use office equipment.
• Majority desk/office environment, but may include noise, fumes, and biohazard exposure.
• Ability to sit for extended periods.
