We’re excited to announce a new chapter in our journey! YORK Factory Direct is now proudly part of the Bosch Home Comfort Group.
As a Marketing Program Administrator, you will support and coordinate marketing initiatives within the HVAC industry. This role will play a critical part in managing, executing, and tracking our marketing programs that drive sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day execution and tracking of our marketing programs.
- Own the contractor signup process by partnering with internal teams, ensuring compliance, and swiftly resolving any obstacles.
- Lead continuous training efforts to maximize understanding and execution of marketing programs.
- Monitor and report on program performance metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure monthly sales figures for all growth programs are entered promptly and accurately.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, pricing, product, and supply teams to support and advance program initiatives.
- Provide general administrative support including but not limited to sales reporting, marketing analytics, program signup entry, and maintaining organized records.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or relate field
- 1+ years of marketing experience
- 1+ years of administrative experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the HVAC industry
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
