Full-Time Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team and support various marketing initiatives.

This role will be responsible for staging content in HubSpot, managing basic project tasks, and assisting with other marketing-related activities.

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.

Working hours: 9AM - 5PM EST

1. Key Responsibilities:
   • Stage and optimize content in HubSpot, including:
   • Website pages
   • Landing pages
   • Emails
   • Blogs
   • Calls-to-Action (CTAs)
   • Ads and social media posts
   • Log and organize customer reviews in HubSpot.
   • Assist in project management tasks, such as:
   • Queueing up deliverables in our project management system.
   • Ensuring deadlines and workflows are followed.
   • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
   • Perform miscellaneous marketing-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content staging, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or Monday.com).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
