Our client is an AI-focused technology company dedicated to creating intuitive, engaging solutions.
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to own and optimize our marketing engine with a strong focus on HubSpot.
Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities:
- HubSpot CRM & Marketing Automation: Own and manage the full HubSpot platform.
- Design and implement lead capture, nurturing, and automation strategies.
- Monitor and track key metrics.
- Ensure accurate reporting and data integrity.
- Train and support internal teams on HubSpot best practices.
- Campaign Optimization & Reporting: Continuously analyze and optimize campaigns.
- Refine workflows and automations to maximize efficiency and lead conversion.
- Provide leadership with detailed insights.
- Management & Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams.
- Coordinate with freelance writers, designers, and contractors.
- Provide executives with clear updates.
- Social Media Management: Support posting and management across LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms.
- Track and analyze performance metrics.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience & Skills: 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot CRM/Marketing Hub experience.
- Proven success in optimizing HubSpot campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and act on performance insights.
- Solid project management skills.
- Bonus: experience in social media management.
- Attributes: Proactive and self-motivated.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
- Strong communicator.
- Creative thinker.
- Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on implementation.
