Full-Time Marketing Specialist

Marketing Specialist will lead event planning (tradeshows, webinars, seminars, meetings).

Responsibilities:

1. Lead trade show planning, overseeing go-no-go decisions, booth space, materials, logistics, costs, and ROI.
2. Identify and secure opportunities for SGS Subject Matter Experts to present at conferences.
3. Plan and execute webinars, seminars, sales meetings, and other corporate events.
4. Travel to events as on-site lead, when needed.
5. Track and lead event results and feedback.
6. Manage event inventory (giveaways, literature).
7. Assist with event graphics and literature creation.
8. Execute promotions (e-blasts, social media).
9. Conduct market research, analyze competitive landscape, trends, and customer behavior, and prepare reports.
10. Seek new customer prospects, provide recommendations to marketing/sales leadership.
11. Execute marketing campaigns and special projects.
12. Execute all marketing activities accurately, on time, with approvals, and within budget.
13. Track performance metrics for all programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant events and marketing experience, or equivalent.
• Marketing Automation experience (Marketo, Eloqua, or equivalent) - required
• Social Media experience - required
