Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Marketing Specialist develops, executes, and monitors marketing programs for WinAir, from initial concept to completion.
Oversees marketing activities across various channels and supports lead generation efforts by leveraging social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Works closely with the Sales & Marketing team to research market trends, analyze data, and provide insights to help define and refine marketing strategies, aiming to reach target audiences and enhance the company’s presence in the aviation management software industry.
Offers growth opportunities with career progression based on individual skills, capabilities, business demand, and available roles.
Assists with other duties to support the overall company growth.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Analysis
- Assists with developing and implementing the annual marketing plan, including defined campaign milestones and reporting frameworks.
- Supports tracking and management of the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively across tools, events, and channels.
- Conducts competitive analysis of key players in the aviation SaaS space, summarizing product/positioning gaps, feature strengths, and pricing differences.
- Monitors campaign effectiveness using KPIs such as email open/click-through rates, landing page conversions, MQL-to-SQL conversion rates, website traffic and engagement.
- Assists with analyzing lost leads, identifying common drop-off points, offering recommendations to improve lead nurturing and conversion outcomes.
Website & Lead Portal Management
- Maintains and updates website content to ensure messaging is current, consistent, and aligned with campaign goals.
- Collaborates on UX improvements and development of new site features, focusing on lead generation and product information clarity.
- Assists in building/improving a lead portal that integrates with CRM tools, supporting automated intake and tracking of inquiries.
Campaign & Content Development
- Supports end-to-end execution of digital campaigns (email, social, PPC, event marketing).
- Writes and edits marketing content like blogs, case studies, product one-pagers, and sales tools.
- Ensures consistent messaging across all materials, highlighting WinAir's core advantages.
Digital Engagement & Social Media
- Manages and grows WinAir's social media presence, focusing on consistent posting and community interaction.
- Utilizes tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEMrush to report campaign outcomes, recommending refinements.
- Coordinates with sales to ensure campaign follow-up aligns with pipeline goals.
