Xometry is looking for a driven and versatile (Regional) Marketing Specialist who will drive measurable growth in the DACH region through paid acquisition, lead generation campaigns, brand awareness & demand-generation across digital channels.
- Build, launch, and optimize high-performing lead generation campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
- Manage and report on regional marketing budgets and campaign performance
- Run structured A/B tests to improve conversion rates across ads, landing pages, and funnels
- Develop engaging marketing materials (ads, emails, landing pages, case studies) in German
- Collaborate closely with Sales to generate qualified leads and support account-based campaigns
- Organize and promote webinars and industry events (online/offline)
- Identify partnership and sponsorship opportunities with industry media and associations
- Own the regional performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC) and report on campaign efficiency
