Full-Time Marketing Specialist (De Novo)

• Executes launch marketing plans for new locations.
• Manages social media strategy in partnership with the ER/UC Regional Marketing Manager.
• Develops and maintains De Novo marketing playbooks.
• Partners with the Practice to complete pre-opening marketing tasks.
• Coordinates photo and video shoots.
• Supports community engagement through events and sponsorships.
• Establishes the digital footprint for new locations.
• Manages paid media execution.
• Oversees signage and exterior graphics.
• Supports planning and execution of Open Houses.

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in multi-location healthcare or retail environments.
• Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, traditional and grassroots channels.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
