We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support our marketing efforts in the LATAM region.
This role will play a critical part in generating high-quality leads, managing digital and field marketing initiatives, and strengthening our brand presence through strategic campaigns and content.

Job Summary
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to support our marketing efforts in the LATAM region. This role will generate high-quality leads, manage digital and field marketing initiatives, and strengthen brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies, collaborate with teams/agencies to optimize for conversion.
- Digital Marketing: Manage agency relationships for Google and Meta ads, ensure accurate data tracking and channel attribution.
- SEO Strategy: Work with SEO agency to rank hero keywords, create high-value content aligning with brand objectives.
- Field Marketing: Plan and execute events with partners to drive engagement and build connections in the region; coordinate logistics and manage resources.
- Content Production: Develop customer case studies showcasing successful implementations; gather data & insights for content.
- Branding: Enhance brand presence through targeted campaigns and regional branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 4+ years experience in marketing, ideally with exposure to digital and field marketing in the LATAM Region.
- Proficiency in managing digital campaigns and working with SEO and event management agencies.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and tracking tools for channel attribution.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
