Full-Time Marketing Specialist/Manager

We are seeking a marketing professional for our marketing department. Responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing strategies, collaborating with the team on campaigns, and developing/maintaining marketing channels. Essential Duties Include:

1. Work on complete marketing campaigns with minimal supervision
2. Collect and interpret marketing data
3. Perform market analysis and research
4. Develop value propositions and brand messaging
5. Assist in promotional activities (e.g., social media, direct mail, web)
6. Prepare presentations
7. Manage and update company database/CRM

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong desire to learn and professional drive
• Understanding of marketing techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Familiarity with marketing software/online applications (e.g., CRM tools, analytics, Google Ads)
• Passion for marketing

Preferred Skills:

• Photography/Video editing
• Graphic design (Adobe Cloud Suite)
• WordPress page/post creation

Physical Requirements include the ability to use a computer and other office equipment, visual clarity for computer/small print work, phone/file cabinet access, customer product handling, sitting, communicating clearly, using a computer for extended periods, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
