Greenlight is seeking a Marketing Technology Manager to build, optimize, and maintain a modern marketing stack. This role collaborates with marketing operations, analytics, and engineering teams.
Your day-to-day:
- Own and optimize the marketing technology stack.
- Support campaign execution through martech infrastructure.
- Manage integrations between marketing systems.
- Partner with Marketing and Data/Engineering teams to define and implement tracking.
- Evaluate new tools and technologies.
- Ensure data hygiene and compliance with privacy regulations.
- Lead troubleshooting and support related to marketing technology.
- Create documentation and internal training.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- 3+ years of experience with marketing tools.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of APIs, webhooks, JavaScript tracking, and data integration.
- Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with attribution modeling, UTM tracking, and multi-touch reporting.
- Project Management: Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing vendor relationships.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to align martech decisions with broader marketing and business goals.
- Compliance Awareness: Understanding of data privacy regulations.
- Collaboration & Communication: Clear communicator.
