What a Media Planner Does
Assists in developing, evaluating, and managing online media plans for pharmaceutical clients, aligning with their requirements, budgets, and objectives.
Develops and manages the RFP process and assists in proposal evaluations.
Maintains responsive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal agency staff.
Builds and maintains rapport with media publishers.
Collaborates with account and creative teams to ensure seamless media schedule execution.
Keeps abreast of emerging technologies and execution opportunities, providing agency perspectives related to client objectives.
Manages campaign authorizations, budgets, and invoice processing.
Analyzes research data and assists in compiling monthly competitive analyses.
Assists in monthly campaign reporting.

Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, media studies, communications, or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in media planning and buying.
Online media experience with pharmaceutical brands preferred.
Proficiency in comScore, Kantar, and MRI is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Some travel may be required.
Compensation
Anticipated base salary range: $56,000 - $70,000 (US only).
Compensation determined by experience, qualifications, and location.
