The Media Strategy Director will lead the charge in developing and optimizing full-funnel, cross-channel media strategies that drive measurable business results. They will play a key role in shaping the media direction for high-profile clients, translating complex performance data into clear, actionable insights, and guiding internal teams to bring media strategies to life.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role that requires deep knowledge of media planning and execution across digital, traditional, and emerging channels - along with the confidence and expertise to lead complex initiatives, present to senior clients, and partner closely with analytics, creative, and sales teams.
Responsibilities:
- Media Planning & Cross-Channel Strategy: Lead the development of integrated, omnichannel media plans that align with client objectives, audience behavior, and business priorities. Evaluate and recommend the optimal media mix across digital, traditional, paid social, programmatic, print, audio, and emerging platforms.
- Marketing Optimization & Execution: In partnership with analytics team, analyze campaign results across platforms, ensuring that performance aligns with KPIs and client expectations. Identify insights from data that can inform optimizations, messaging adjustments, targeting refinements, or budget reallocations.
- Client Consultation & Strategic Leadership: Act as a trusted strategic advisor to clients, translating media performance and audience behavior into meaningful business impact. Present strategies, results, and new opportunities with clarity, confidence, and adaptability to a range of stakeholders.
