THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Mid-Level UX Writer for our Product team in Brazil! This role is to join the Product Development team, responsible for content strategy for customer-facing products, and to leverage UX Writer practices and operations. The position will report directly to the Director of UX. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a global ecosystem.

This role is to join the Product Development team, responsible for content strategy for customer-facing products, and to leverage UX Writer practices and operations. The position will report directly to the Director of UX. This is a great opportunity to join a growing team in a global ecosystem.
YOUR IMPACT
- Be the voice of UX Writing in project teams.
- Turn complex concepts into clear, concise, compelling copy.
- Write interface copy for all Wellhub products.
- Maintain consistency and storytelling throughout the user's journey.
- Be an independent thinker and improve the company’s style guide.
- Work with people across the Wellhub organization to promote UX writing.
- Be proactive and prioritise your own workload.
- Inspire and empower others by caring for your own wellbeing.
WHO YOU ARE
- Enthusiastic and curious about digital writing.
- Excellent communicator.
- Constant learner of new trends in UX and research.
- 2+ years of experience in UX writing, content strategy, or technical writing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects.
