Application Management: Manage the loan application process from post-appointment to post-settlement, ensuring a seamless experience for brokers, clients, and stakeholders. This includes responding to client inquiries, assisting with loan packaging, tracking application progress, identifying follow-up actions, and liaising with lenders and internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Data Entry and Processing: Accurately input loan applications, borrower information, and relevant data into the system. Ensure data integrity with meticulous attention to detail.
Document Management: Organize, scan, file, and retrieve loan documents according to procedures and regulations.
Customer Communication: Engage with borrowers, stakeholders, and external partners to facilitate the loan application process. Address inquiries, provide updates, and maintain positive interactions to ensure client satisfaction.
Administrative Support: Assist Australian brokers and stakeholders with tasks like scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and providing general administrative support. Monitor emails for important actions and update application statuses. Assist with valuation, pricing, and rate reviews.
Ad hoc Tasks: May include monitoring social media, responding to client/stakeholder queries, and other assigned tasks.
Minimum Requirements:
- 1 year experience in Australian Admin, Real Estate Virtual Assistant, or similar roles.
- Financial service or mortgage industry background preferred.
- Strong communication (written & verbal) skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Australian clients.
