Job Details

Office Manager plays a key role in office operations and employee support. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, office supplies, and employee requests. Managing office events, handling employee support, and coordinating office maintenance are crucial aspects. Budget management, expenses tracking and vendor coordination are required.
The Office Manager will be the central point of contact for administrative needs.

  • Office Operations: Manage daily office operations; coordinate with Facility Team for supplies, furniture, and equipment; coordinate maintenance and repairs. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Employee Support: Provide support to employees; assist with onboarding new employees, including workspace setup; act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries.
  • Office Supplies: Monitor inventory, restock supplies; coordinate with vendors, negotiate contracts, track expenses; obtain employee feedback to assess satisfaction.
  • Lunches Management: Coordinate and manage lunch orders; track expenses; gather employee feedback.
  • Service Desk: Review requests; assign tasks to responsible teams; provide feedback.
  • Office Events and Activities: Plan and organize events; coordinate catering, decorations, and logistics; promote employee engagement.
  • Workplace Experience: Support initiatives for a positive and productive work environment; gather feedback; propose improvements; monitor and address gaps in the BCP.
  • Budget and Expenses: Assist in budget planning, monitoring office expenses; review, process invoices, track expenses; maintain records.
  • Documentation and Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies; maintain accurate records.
  • Business Continuity Plan: Collaborate with the BCP team to integrate Office Manager actions into the plan; facilitate training.
