Join our dynamic team! As a key member of the Business Development team, the Operations Specialist for Events/Programs brings the Comoto brand to life at the grassroots level. You'll support our smaller programs and events where our family of brands has a presence. You’ll coordinate complex co-op programs with our vendors, ensuring all obligations are delivered and accounted for. This high-visibility role reports to the Manager of Sponsorships, Partnerships & Influencer Marketing and collaborates closely with multiple teams.
What You'll Do:
- Own the Execution & Logistics: Serve as the main point of contact with event organizers and vendors.
- Deliver Complex Partnerships: Take the lead on the operational delivery of co-op obligations for vendor programs.
- Bring the Event to Life: Manage event operational readiness and ensure support staff are briefed.
- Coordinate Internal Delivery: Oversee execution and tracking using systems like JIRA/Confluence.
- Collaborate & Plan: Work with the Manager to plan and execute Comoto’s presence at industry events.
What You'll Need to Hit the Ground Running:
- A Motorcycle Rider
- 2+ years of experience in Brand Marketing Operations, eCommerce, retail operations, logistics, event management, or customer service.
- Demonstrated organizational strength and the ability to bring an event to life through planning and execution.
- Possess a "Start-up Mentality"
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills.
