We’re Entain. We are seeking an exceptional and highly organised Personal Assistant to provide professional, proactive and confidential support to the Group Director of Customer Service & Operations.
This is a key role requiring someone with outstanding attention to detail, strong judgement and a proactive approach to managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Executive Support: Full diary management, Proactive management of emails, correspondence, and meeting requests, Organising travel, accommodation and logistics for internal and external meetings, Managing expenses and invoices
- Meeting Coordination: Preparing high-quality agendas, papers and minutes for leadership and board-level meetings, Ensuring action points are tracked and followed up to completion, Coordinating internal communications and cascading key information on behalf of the Director
- Project & Operational Support: Supporting key directorate projects, Drafting and proofreading documents, presentations and reports, Coordinating team events, away days, briefings and town halls
- Stakeholder Management: Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, Building effective working relationships across departments to ensure smooth information flow
- Wider Business Support: Providing ad hoc support to other senior leaders within the directorate, Supporting with onboarding of new team members and maintaining team records, Taking ownership of specific operational tasks, such as system access, room bookings, and document storage.
Specialist skills and experience
- Demonstrable experience as a Senior PA or EA in a fast-paced, senior-level environment
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- Discreet and trustworthy with experience handling sensitive and confidential information
- Confident using Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel); comfortable learning new systems
- Self-starter with a calm, flexible approach and a solution-focused mindset
