Paid Ads Specialist

Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, from onboarding to continuous growth, creating data-driven strategies through platforms like Meta and TikTok.

High autonomy, responsible for achieving key metrics (CAC, NC-ROAS, eROAS, ad spend targets).

  1. Manage and Optimize Campaigns: Run highly targeted, data-backed ad campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and TikTok, focusing on increasing ROI and driving revenue.
  2. Audience Segmentation and Targeting: Develop and refine hyper-targeted audiences (high-value customers, lookalike segments, custom retargeting audiences based on Klaviyo data).
  3. Performance Analysis: Analyze ROAS, conversion rates, and CAC. Use insights to optimize campaigns and reach revenue goals.
  4. Creative Ad Strategy: Collaborate with the creative team to develop persuasive ad copy and visually appealing ad creatives. Test different ad formats (carousel, video, static) and adjust based on performance.
  5. Retargeting and Remarketing: Build and optimize retargeting campaigns to re-engage site visitors, abandoned carts, and email-engaged customers.
  6. A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct regular A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and bids to continuously improve performance. Adapt strategies based on results.
  7. Trend Monitoring and Platform Updates: Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to maintain effectiveness and competitiveness.
  8. Reporting and Strategy: Provide weekly reports on campaign performance, offering strategic insights and recommendations. Set and track KPIs aligned with growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years in paid digital advertising, managing eCommerce campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
  • Creative Mindset: Develop engaging ad copy and collaborate on visuals aligned with brand identity.
  • Audience Targeting Expertise: Proficiency in creating segmented and retargeted audiences, leveraging custom audiences and insights from tools like Klaviyo.
  • A/B Testing Knowledge: Familiarity with A/B testing best practices.
  • Adaptability: Quickly pivot strategies based on performance data, industry trends, and platform changes.
  • Results-Driven: Ability to drive growth and achieve revenue targets through paid advertising.
