Role OverviewWe’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Paid Media Manager to join our growing marketing team. You’ll manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to maximize ROI
- Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to develop data-driven strategies
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and landing pages
- Stay current on digital advertising trends and platform updates
- Coordinate with internal and external partners to support campaign execution
Required:
- 3–5 years of experience managing paid media campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Experience with performance reporting and marketing analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio)
- Proficiency in audience targeting, retargeting strategies, and conversion tracking
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a remote work environment
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in the K–12 education space
- Familiarity with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms
- Working knowledge of SEO and organic marketing best practices
