Job Details

Paid Media Manager will plan, execute, and optimize B2B paid media campaigns across digital platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and others.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies across Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  2. Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, conversions, and sales.
  3. Conduct market and audience research for effective targeting and ad performance.
  4. Manage external agencies to deliver and optimize campaigns.
  5. Manage and optimize campaign budgets for efficient resource use and maximizing ROI.
  6. Monitor spending, adjust bids, and allocate budgets for optimal performance.
  7. Analyze ad spend against KPIs and forecast future budgets.
  8. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and CTAs.
  9. Implement A/B testing to improve ad creatives, targeting, and landing page performance.
  10. Monitor creative formats and recommend improvements.
  11. Optimize landing page performance and enhance conversion rates through data-driven insights.
  12. Use analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track, measure, and report campaign performance.
  13. Provide data-driven reports to stakeholders with insights and recommendations.
  14. Analyze key metrics (CTR, conversion rates, CPA, ROAS) to optimize campaigns.
  15. Continuously monitor campaigns and adjust bidding, targeting, and creative elements for better performance.
  16. Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates.
  17. Leverage data analysis to troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues.
  18. Work closely with content, design, and analytics teams for alignment.
  19. Collaborate with sales and product marketing teams for alignment on conversion goals.
  20. Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of paid media campaign management, focused on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Proven experience in B2B SEM and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong understanding of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot).
  • Experience in optimizing campaigns for various objectives (brand awareness, lead generation, conversions).
  • Strong knowledge of paid media platforms, targeting strategies, and ad formats.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to optimize campaigns to meet KPIs and ROI goals.
  • Excellent communication skills and data presentation abilities.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Semrush, SpyFu.
