Job Details
Paid Media Manager will plan, execute, and optimize B2B paid media campaigns across digital platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies across Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, conversions, and sales.
- Conduct market and audience research for effective targeting and ad performance.
- Manage external agencies to deliver and optimize campaigns.
- Manage and optimize campaign budgets for efficient resource use and maximizing ROI.
- Monitor spending, adjust bids, and allocate budgets for optimal performance.
- Analyze ad spend against KPIs and forecast future budgets.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and CTAs.
- Implement A/B testing to improve ad creatives, targeting, and landing page performance.
- Monitor creative formats and recommend improvements.
- Optimize landing page performance and enhance conversion rates through data-driven insights.
- Use analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track, measure, and report campaign performance.
- Provide data-driven reports to stakeholders with insights and recommendations.
- Analyze key metrics (CTR, conversion rates, CPA, ROAS) to optimize campaigns.
- Continuously monitor campaigns and adjust bidding, targeting, and creative elements for better performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates.
- Leverage data analysis to troubleshoot and resolve campaign issues.
- Work closely with content, design, and analytics teams for alignment.
- Collaborate with sales and product marketing teams for alignment on conversion goals.
- Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of paid media campaign management, focused on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Proven experience in B2B SEM and programmatic advertising.
- Strong understanding of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot).
- Experience in optimizing campaigns for various objectives (brand awareness, lead generation, conversions).
- Strong knowledge of paid media platforms, targeting strategies, and ad formats.
- Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting tools.
- Ability to optimize campaigns to meet KPIs and ROI goals.
- Excellent communication skills and data presentation abilities.
- Strong project management skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Semrush, SpyFu.
