Job Details

Paid Media Manager will plan, execute, and optimize B2B paid media campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute data-driven paid media strategies across Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
  2. Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns to meet company goals (brand awareness, lead generation, conversions, sales).
  3. Conduct market and audience research to identify effective targeting and ad performance opportunities.
  4. Manage external agencies for delivery and optimization aligned with company objectives.
  5. Manage and optimize campaign budgets to maximize ROI.
  6. Monitor spending, adjust bids, and allocate budgets for optimal performance.
  7. Analyze ad spend against KPIs and forecast budgets based on campaign performance.
  8. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and CTAs.
  9. Implement A/B testing to continuously improve ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
  10. Monitor creative format performance and recommend improvements.
  11. Optimize landing page performance and conversion rates through data-driven insights with the Web Manager.
  12. Use analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
  13. Provide data-driven reports to key stakeholders, insights, recommendations, and results.
  14. Analyze key metrics (CTR, conversion rates, CPA, ROAS) to optimize campaigns.
  15. Continuously monitor campaigns, adjust strategies, targeting, and creative elements to improve performance.
  16. Stay updated with industry trends and platform updates for proactive campaign management.
  17. Leverage data analysis to resolve campaign issues or inefficiencies promptly.
  18. Collaborate with content, design, analytics, sales, and product marketing teams for alignment on strategies and goals.
  19. Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on paid media initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience managing paid media campaigns, focusing on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
  • Proven experience in B2B SEM and programmatic advertising.
  • Strong understanding of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot) and reporting tools.
  • Experience optimizing campaigns for various objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of paid media platforms, targeting strategies, and ad formats.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Semrush).
  • Ability to optimize campaigns to meet KPIs and ROI goals.
  • Excellent communication and data presentation skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Semrush, SpyFu (competitive analysis).
