Full-Time Paid Social Manager

As a Manager, Paid Social, you'll be an integral part of our marketing team, responsible for overseeing and executing strategic initiatives within the realm of Paid Social advertising.

You will manage campaigns, optimize performance, and contribute to the overall success of our social media advertising efforts.

1. Execute and manage paid social campaigns across various platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives and campaign strategies.
2. Assist in the development of paid social strategies, providing valuable insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
3. Collaborate closely with Account Managers to support client communications, maintain relationships, and ensure client satisfaction with campaign deliverables.
4. Utilize reporting and analytics tools to analyze campaign performance, generate regular reports, and derive actionable insights to enhance campaigns.
5. Contribute to campaign setup tasks, including audience targeting, ad creative testing, and basic bid management for optimal campaign efficiency.
6. Effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, track campaign results, and actively participate in client meetings to align with client goals.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvement, proposing innovative approaches to elevate campaign execution and overall team success.
