You’re a creative thinker with a wealth of knowledge in paid social campaigns, the e-commerce industry, and more specifically, the fashion, jewelry, and beauty space.
When faced with a creative challenge, use historical data, current e-commerce/industry trends, & creative problem solving to develop winning strategies that impact your client's growth and ROI in their ad account.
This is a client-facing role where you will need to effectively communicate analysis, interpretation, and appropriate action plans with your accounts. This is a fully remote position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan paid social advertising campaigns and effectively communicate a clear hypothesis and objective to both your team and clients.
- Using Meta/Pinterest Ads Manager, Motion, Google Analytics, Shopify, etc., analyze historical creative performance and use this data to conceptualize new ad creatives.
- Clearly communicate with your designer how to successfully execute on your creative brief and bring the vision to life.
- Manage client budgets and conduct quarterly budget analyses to determine what spend is required to reach the client's overall revenue targets.
- Combine data analysis and feedback from clients to develop strategic plans and tactical recommendations for targeting, messaging, and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs.
- Continuously tweak and optimize campaign creative, copy, audiences, and buying tactics to create the best possible outcome for the client.
- Conduct multivariate tests to determine the best-performing creative and target audiences for your campaigns.
- Investigate account performance and constantly adapt strategy based on statistical outcomes in your accounts.
- Have full awareness of your ad accounts' performance and spend pacing.
- Work closely with the Email Marketing and Paid Search teams to plan omnichannel creative campaigns.
- Stay on top of industry trends in e-commerce and the fashion, jewelry, and beauty space.
- Provide high-quality and insightful reports for all clients on a monthly basis.
- Lead monthly client meetings and clearly communicate with clients the results and our strategy moving forward.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of paid Meta advertising experience
- 1+ years experience creating and executing ideas at an agency focused on e-commerce brands
- Expert knowledge of Meta and Pinterest Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Shopify
- Managed more than 5 clients at one time with budgets over 5K
- Ability to translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
- Understanding of digital marketing principles, specifically paid social best practices
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to confidently present concepts to your team and clients
- Track record of using analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive growth for direct-to-consumer brands
- Solid understanding of marketing research and consumer psychology
- Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple projects, and execute based on priority
- Positive attitude and ability to operate in a very rapidly changing environment with ambiguity
- Ability to effectively resolve problems and/or roadblocks independently as they occur, knowing when to escalate when necessary
- Ability to maintain composure and continue to execute under pressure or periods of high stress
- Willingness to dive in and find answers to complex problems where solutions may not yet be documented
- Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Business Development, or related fields)
