You're a creative thinker with expertise in paid social campaigns, the e-commerce industry, particularly fashion, jewelry, and beauty.
Using historical data, current trends, and creative problem-solving, develop winning strategies that impact client growth and ROI.
Client-facing role: effectively communicate analysis, interpretation, and action plans.
Fully remote position.
- Strategically plan campaigns: communicate hypothesis and objective to team and clients.
- Analyze performance: use data from Meta/Pinterest Ads Manager, Motion, Google Analytics, Shopify, etc., to conceptualize new creatives.
- Communicate with designers: clearly execute creative brief and bring vision to life.
- Manage budgets: conduct quarterly analyses to meet revenue targets.
- Develop strategic plans: combine data analysis and client feedback to optimize targeting, messaging, and campaigns to meet KPIs.
- Continuously optimize campaigns: tweak creative, copy, audiences, and buying tactics.
- Conduct multivariate tests: determine best-performing creatives and audiences.
- Investigate account performance: adapt strategy based on statistical outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends: e-commerce and fashion, jewelry, beauty.
- Provide insightful reports: monthly for all clients.
- Lead monthly client meetings: communicate results and strategy.
Required Experience:
- 2+ years paid Meta advertising experience
- 1+ years agency experience creating and executing ideas for e-commerce brands
- Expert knowledge of Meta and Pinterest Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Shopify
- Managed 5+ clients with budgets over $5,000
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record using analytics to drive growth for direct-to-consumer brands
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and paid social best practices
- Solid understanding of marketing research and consumer psychology
- Self-management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Business, or related field)
