Full-Time Partner Marketing Lead

About Ondo Finance, we're Ondo Finance. Our mission is to provide institutional-grade, blockchain-enabled investment products and services. We have both a technology arm and an asset management arm.

We're looking for a Partner Marketing Lead to support our go-to-market strategy and lead co-marketing initiatives.

This role works closely with Partnerships and Sales to support sales enablement, GTM planning, and execution, and ongoing co-marketing campaigns.

• Be the primary marketing contact for GTM execution and ongoing co-marketing with partners.
• Identify and launch co-marketing campaigns that support awareness and adoption.
• Support the partnerships and sales teams with sales enablement materials.
• Craft and manage partner marketing content (social media, blogs, AMAs, educational resources, case studies).
• Create a playbook and strategy for partner engagement.
• Measure and report the performance of co-marketing initiatives.

Experience: 5+ years in partner marketing, growth marketing, and experience with blockchain/web3 and/or financial services.

Expertise: Deep understanding of blockchain, web3, DeFi, financial services, and growth marketing.

Marketing: Experience planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.

Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally.

Adaptable: Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Additional requirements: Partial (5hr) daily overlap with EST. Typically located in the Americas.
