The Role:We seek a People Operations Business Partner to drive culture, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This role partners closely with leaders and employees to implement and enhance programs across employee experience, performance management, leadership development, and new hire enablement.
Responsibilities:
- Design and manage employee engagement initiatives (team-building, recognition, feedback)
- Partner with leaders on employee relations, coaching, conflict resolution, and leadership development
- Provide direct support to junior and senior leaders
- Oversee employee offboarding ensuring compliance and seamless transitions
- Collaborate on new hire onboarding (milestone check-ins, new hire plans, orientation, functional onboarding)
- Lead performance management, continuous feedback, and career development
- Partner with leadership and Talent Acquisition to develop competency models, career paths, development programs, and leadership training
- Analyze employee feedback and engagement data
- Support HR operational efforts (job leveling for compensation, HRIS implementation)
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and best practices
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years People Operations Business Partnership experience
- Strong relationship-building and solutions-oriented mindset
- Passion for impacting business outcomes
- Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and global HR compliance
- Familiarity with global HCM platforms (preferably Workday)
- Experience with collaboration and productivity tools (Confluence, Jira)

Compensation:$120,000 - $140,000 base salary
