About the RoleAs a People Ops Specialist, you’ll shape the employee experience and strengthen our remote-first, global culture. You’ll execute HR functions (payroll, onboarding, benefits) and drive process improvements, using AI and automation.
Impact
- Define, implement, and document scalable, efficient People Ops processes aligned with business goals.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive impactful initiatives.
- Own the Employee Onboarding Program, ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Optimize and execute payroll accurately, handling variable data.
- Streamline People Ops using tools (AI/automation) to enhance the employee experience.
- Harness metrics and analytics to guide strategies and assess HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Assist in team events and respond to employee inquiries.
Requirements
- Based in LatAm, remote role.
- 3-4+ years HR experience, preferably in tech with global, remote teams.
- Proven experience defining and implementing HR processes.
- Strong focus on efficiency and knowledge of optimizing People Ops workflows.
- Payroll experience and familiarity with international payroll.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Action-oriented, process-driven, and data-analytical.
- HRIS familiarity, AI/automation experience a plus.
