Full-Time Performance Marketing Director

Performance Marketing Director – Canada

Location: Hybrid or Remote in Canada

About the Company: UKPetLab Co. is the world leader in the DTC pet supplement market, with strong market share and rapid growth. We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketing Director to lead our Canadian market.

About the Role:

This role requires end-to-end ownership of performance marketing campaigns. You will manage campaigns from planning and execution to optimization and profitability, supported by a talented team.

• Responsibilities include: planning, execution, optimization, and ensuring media, creative, and conversions are optimized.
• Strong analytical skills are crucial for identifying patterns in data.
• Proven experience with direct response video ads.
• Ability to collaborate with creative teams to refine video ad concepts.
• Experience in synergizing ads with landing pages to maximize conversion rates (CVR) and average order value (AOV).
• Experience managing omnichannel budgets and P&L.

Reports To: Matt Davies, co-founder & CMO

Ideal Candidate Background:

• 7-10 years experience in performance marketing
• Experience managing significant ad budgets ($1M+ monthly)
• Deep experience in direct response marketing, paid social and search strategies, and creative ideation
• Strong understanding of P&L management
• Proficient in data analytics platforms and Excel
