Job Summary:
Reporting to the VP of Marketing & Growth, you will lead the charge in developing, optimizing, and executing content strategies across all major social channels. This hands-on role requires strategic vision, creativity, and content creation skills to help grow the brand.
Work closely with internal creative teams, marketing strategists, and external partners to ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and aligned with broader business goals.
Own the social media content calendar, oversee content production, and develop engaging campaigns that captivate and inspire the audience.
Ensure brand storytelling is fresh, dynamic, and responsive to cultural and industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize performance marketing efforts managing agency partners across paid social and paid search.
- Identify, test, and scale new acquisition channels (TV, live events, direct mail, podcasts, etc.).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to forecast and track performance against CAC and LTV targets.
- Partner with Product and Data teams to uncover insights, optimize user journeys, and implement features.
- Develop and maintain a performance marketing dashboard, tracking key metrics, and sharing insights with the team.
- Work with the Creative team to develop compelling campaigns and assets.
- Optimize user journeys ensuring a seamless experience to move donors through the acquisition funnel.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with hands-on expertise in paid media.
- Proven track record of launching and optimizing high-impact campaigns while effectively managing CAC and LTV goals.
- Strong analytical skills, gathering, interpreting, and acting on data.
- Experience in A/B testing for creative assets, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization.
- Expertise in forecasting and managing paid marketing budgets.
- Deep knowledge of the digital media landscape (owned, earned, and paid) with a passion for industry trends.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with Product, Creative, and Finance teams.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other performance tracking tools.
Plus factors:
- Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and advanced attribution.
- Understanding of AI tools and automation.
- Experience in the nonprofit or fundraising space.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Looker, and Optimizely.
- Knack for securing donated media and pro-bono services.
- Basic front-end web development skills.

Compensation: $86,172 - $107,720 per year
