Full-Time Performance Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and review sites.
• Strategically manage performance marketing budgets to maximize ROI across channels and markets.
• Analyze and enhance campaign performance, focusing on KPIs like ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Growth, Brand, Sales, and Product teams to align strategies and drive pipeline generation.
• Refine landing page copy, execute A/B testing, and improve the end-to-end ad experience with the Growth team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years in performance marketing, ideally within a multi-market B2B SaaS scale-up.
• Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and marketing automation/reporting tools (e.g., Looker Studio).
• Ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights and optimize strategies.
• Empathize with customer pain points and create compelling campaign strategies.
• Growth hacker mindset, creative, hands-on approach, and passion for experimentation.
• Fluent in English and German (at least C1).
• Thrive in independent work and cross-functional team environments.
