Job Details
SuperSummary is looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to own and scale our paid acquisition channels.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing and optimizing daily paid media budgets and campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads, and other channels to hit CAC and ROAS targets
- Leading expansion into new ad channels (TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, etc.) and test new strategies (video ads, influencer and affiliate marketing) to diversify our acquisition mix
- Developing AI-powered creative testing frameworks in collaboration with designers and copywriters to continuously improve ad performance
- Building and refining audience segments, bidding strategies, and attribution models to improve efficiency across the funnel
- Owning the performance marketing budget, allocating resources across channels based on incrementality and strategic priorities
- Running in-depth analyses on website/app engagement, conversion funnel performance, and A/B test performance for paid ads traffic to better understand opportunities for improvement
- Reporting on performance to leadership with clear insights and recommendations for optimization
- Staying current on platform updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- 4-7+ years of performance marketing/paid media experience
- Proven track record of scaling high-volume paid channels
- Strong design and copywriting sense
- In-depth analytical skills with experience using top analytics and A/B testing platforms
- Experience with creator/influencer-driven marketing strategies
