Platform Associate is responsible for supporting athenahealth Electronic Health Record (athenaClinicals) and Practice Management (athenaCollector) applications for Privia Medical Group clinicians. Works closely with the CIT IKS team, EHR Specialists, end-users, and the Privia team to understand functional business requirements, resolve EHR issues, and configure/customize athena content. Supports second-level issue management.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and correct issues
- Document, track, and resolve athenaOne incident issues
- Assist with testing and troubleshooting athenaOne
- Build out & maintain Privia’s athenaOne platform
- Routine QA of work
- Escalate issues for Tier 1 support
- Manage stakeholder communication
- Provide remote support for EHR issues
- Maintain knowledge of software applications
- Onboard Clinical IT members
- Walk through athenaOne Functionality with staff
- Support EPCS office hours
- Support data collection related to system configuration
- Maintain up-to-date documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA
- Facilitate Clinical IT relationship with other Privia teams
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills/Experience Preferred:
- 1+ years of Clinical and/or managed care experience or EHR support
- 1+ years of professional experience
- Ticket management and support
- Knowledge of extended medical terminology
- Experience with data collection and document management
Technical Requirements (Remote Workers Only): Minimum download speed 5 MBPS, upload speed 3 MBPS. Employees are eligible for expense reimbursement.
Compensation: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 base pay + potential 10% annual bonus.
