Job Details
POA Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Execution, management, and submission of power of attorney documentation, address of record, and S.I.D.E.S. changes.
- Support onboarding of new clients for contracted employer services.
- Manage new and existing clients, maintaining relationships with tax agencies.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create process flow of power of attorney documents.
- Establish and maintain address of records and SIDES documentation.
- Address and resolve delays in the POA process.
- Communicate with internal staff and state agency personnel.
- Track and follow up on alerts, notifying the POA Manager of any roadblocks.
- Provide status updates for audit resolutions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Unemployment Insurance POAs.
- Knowledge of PEO POAs (preferred).
- Strong ability to track task progress.
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Microsoft Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
