POA Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Create the process flow of power of attorney documents.
- Establish and maintain address of record and S.I.D.E.S. documentation.
- Address and resolve any delays in the POA process.
- Communicate with internal staff and state agency personnel.
- Track and follow up on alerts, notifying the POA Manager of any roadblocks.
- Provide status updates for audit resolutions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in Unemployment Insurance POAs.
- Some knowledge of PEO POAs.
- Strong ability to track task progress.
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Microsoft Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
