About the Role: The PPC Specialist will execute and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Bing across multiple Life Insurance brands (UK, Canada, Australia, and more). Manage large-scale campaigns, identify performance opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize high-budget PPC campaigns (Google & Microsoft Ads) in competitive international markets.
- Performance Analysis: Continuously analyze campaign performance, identifying scalable opportunities for lead growth and cost efficiencies.
- Ad Copy Optimization: Review, improve, and develop new ad copy to enhance CTR, Quality Score, and ad relevance.
- Compliance Coordination: Manage ad copy changes through the Compliance sign-off process for regulatory adherence.
- Bidding Strategy & Automation: Test and implement smart bidding strategies (Target CPA, Target ROAS, Target Cost Per Acquisition) to align with business objectives.
- Data Accuracy & Tracking: Maintain high-quality BI data through precise campaign tracking and trafficking.
- KPI Monitoring & Reporting: Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, uncover trends, and present performance insights to management using dashboards and reports.
- Landing Page Coordination: Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign landing pages for conversions.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Essential: Google Ads expertise
- Plus: Bing Ads experience
- Essential: Bulk campaign management (Ad Editors)
- Essential: Strong keyword research and audience segmentation skills
- Essential: Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
- Essential: Data visualization tools (Looker Studio)
- Essential: Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Plus: Familiarity with competitor monitoring and business intelligence tools
- Plus: Experience with Google Ads scripts & automation
Experience: Ideally 3+ years hands-on PPC experience in a high-volume B2C or agency environment. Experience in financial services or regulated industries is advantageous.

Additional details: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. Competitive salary package. Additional benefits dependent on location.
