Your RoleAs PR and Communications Manager, lead the development and execution of impactful strategies to amplify the brand and align with business objectives. Expertise is vital in strengthening the Arbitrum Foundation's presence and reputation in the industry, driving meaningful engagement with the audience.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR and communication strategies to support business goals, including media relations, influencer outreach, and content creation.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers in the blockchain and crypto industry.
• Create compelling content for various communication channels, including social media, blogs, press releases, and marketing collateral.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand messaging and communications are consistent.
• Manage crisis communications and mitigate reputation risks.
• Provide guidance to executives and key stakeholders in communicating with the media and public.
• Track and analyze PR and communication metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Understand and communicate with the Arbitrum Community.

What You'll Need

• 7+ years of experience in PR and communications, with deep understanding of the blockchain and crypto industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, creating engaging and informative content.
• Strong media relations skills and experience working with journalists and influencers.
• Experience managing crisis communications and mitigating reputation risks.
• Proven track record of creating successful PR and communication strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively, providing guidance to executives and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to track and analyze PR and communication metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
