• Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
• Develop and oversee online sales funnels for training programs and HR solutions.
• Design and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn) with a strong focus on ROI and lead generation.
• Lead content strategy and publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and the Romanspage website.
• Create high-quality content, including blogs, newsletters, videos, and infographics.
• Write compelling copy for social media, emails, websites, and promotional materials.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Draft and distribute press releases, success stories, and thought leadership articles.
• Secure media features and speaking opportunities.
• Organize and coordinate events, webinars, and strategic campaigns.
• Optimize SEO for Romanspage’s website and Coursademia platform.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Grow Romanspage’s online community.

• 3–5 years of practical experience in public relations and digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in public relations and media engagement.
• Proven hands-on experience in digital marketing and lead generation campaigns.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and content creation skills.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools.
• Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and adjust strategies.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative campaigns.
