Within the Global Digital Marketing & E-commerce (DM&E) team, the Global Full Funnel (FF) Campaign Director leads the implementation and execution of the full funnel Integrated Communication Plans (ICP) for PME brands.
This role ensures seamless collaboration between Global Brand teams, Global DM&E, Regions, and Agency, and liaises with the Luxury & Lifestyle division and integrates all to deliver effective campaigns that drive business results, while supporting Accor's transition to the Full Funnel (FF) model.
Lead the Full Funnel Model Transformation
Foster the adoption and implementation of the Full Funnel (FF) model in collaboration with Agency and internal stakeholders (including DME & Brand teams). Define, implement and improve ways of working (WoW) and collaboration to ensure effective delivery between brands/DM&E/Regions/Agency (brief, production, planning, budget). Work hand in hand with brand FF Brand leads to provide strategic guidance during brief creation and campaign planning.ICP Coordination & Process
Prepare, drive, and orchestrate FF briefing sessions with Brands and Agency. Work effectively with brand FF Brand leads/DM&E during brief creation to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies and ensure smooth collaboration across all touchpoints (campaign goals and KPI’s, target audiences, budgets, and deliverables). Ensure alignment with all stakeholders on ICP priorities, timelines, consistency, and deliverables. Act as the central point of contact for coordinating ICP with all stakeholders (PME Brands/L&L/ALL/Global DM&E/Regions and Agency) on Paid, Owned, and Earned. Follow and evolve tools and systems compliance (Taxonomy, tracking rules...), around the ICP, to ensure comprehensive visibility across regions and brands. Deploy and Maximize ICP processes onto ASANA for Global PME ICP management (tool adoption and usage, trainings). Continuously improve Governance, Processes and ways of working with all stakeholders.Media Strategy planning
Using best-in-class Strategy to support the delivery of Full-Funnel Campaign Planning working conjunctly with DM&E channel experts. Work jointly with Brands and agency bringing expertise on brief, audiences, media plan proposal and planning refinement. Link Media and other levers with content strategy to build Effective & Efficient Brand Strategies.Content Production
Coordinate, with Agency, Content Factory master asset extension and asset reuse/adaptation and production to deliver scalable channel-led content (Paid, Owned, and Earned). Develop toolkits, jointly with Full Funnel agency, that include guidelines, golden rules, recommendations, and best practices for effective deployment & execution. Support global teams and regions in the deployment, adaptation, and enhancement of content across various markets and platforms.Performance Optimization & Reporting
Collaborate on building an effective Measurement Frameworks for a full POE view. Oversee and consolidate the overall performance of campaigns and assets performance, across all channels (Paid, Owned, Earned) to ensure business objectives are met. Lead detailed reporting on campaign outcomes through feedback loops and post-mortem analyses of full funnel global campaigns. Collaborate with Agency and brand Full funnel lead/DME to identify areas for improvement based on data-driven insights.
Experience Required: < 10 years e-commerce/Marketing experience. Strong understanding of all e-commerce channels. Experience in media planning and content management. Excellent Project/Campaign management skillset. Strong influencing and collaboration skills. Excellent organizational skills.
