Overview
The Pricing Senior Manager will lead the development and execution of pricing strategies across key capture and proposal efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the pricing strategy development for major bids and proposals.
- Provide strategic guidance during RFP analysis.
- Oversee the development of detailed pricing models.
- Present pricing recommendations to executive leadership.
- Direct the execution of Price-to-Win strategies.
- Supervise and mentor pricing analysts.
- Establish and enforce standards, templates, and best practices.
- Partner with Finance, Contracts, Program, and Capture teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 12+ years' experience in US Government contractor pricing required
- Experience managing direct reports is highly preferred
- Knowledgeable in US Code & Federal Acquisition Regulations related to contract pricing, and DFARS Estimating System criteria
- Proven experience managing pricing teams and leading high-value proposal efforts
- Strong executive presence
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Aptitude for problem-solving
- Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to work under short deadlines and multitask
