Description
• Oversee all prime brokerage related accounting and reporting functions, ensuring compliance with regulations. • Lead the design, documentation, and implementation of policies, processes, and controls under ASC 606. • Navigate the complexities of trading digital assets.
Requirements
• 8+ years of related accounting experience, with a mix of Big 4 public accounting experience, broker-dealer, trading firm and/or in a fast-paced startup/Fintech environment. • Working knowledge of ASC 606 and US GAAP. • In-depth understanding of agency and principal trading, derivatives, options, perpetual futures, and margin lending. • An interest in accounting for digital assets and evolving markets. • Excellent written and oral communication skills and an ability to drive cross-functional projects. • A track record of driving strong financial performance and accountability.
