We’re looking for an experienced Principal Product Manager to own the pricing and packaging strategy across SurveyMonkey’s self-service and product-led growth (PLG) channels.
This is a high-impact, individual contributor role for someone with deep expertise in SaaS monetization and a passion for using pricing as a strategic growth lever.
What you’ll be working on:
- Define and execute pricing and packaging strategy for self-service and PLG channels
- Design and run experiments to test monetization hypotheses and improve conversion, ARPU, and retention
- Drive customer and market research using tools like Van Westendorp, Gabor-Granger, and conjoint analysis to inform pricing decisions
- Own international pricing optimization, including market-specific sensitivity analysis, currency localization, and infrastructure requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to model business impact, align on GTM plans, and implement pricing changes across the product and billing stack
We’d love to hear from people with:
- 8+ years of total experience in Product Management, with at least 5+ years focused on B2B SaaS pricing and packaging
- Deep expertise in pricing frameworks and methodologies (e.g., value-based pricing, WTP analysis, segmentation strategies)
- Experience working in self-service and PLG environments with a strong experimentation and data-driven mindset
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to deliver scalable pricing infrastructure and measurable impact
- Experience with international pricing best practices and implementation at scale
- Analytical fluency with tools such as SQL, Excel, and pricing research platforms
- Strategic thinker with strong business judgment, customer empathy, and product sensibility
