- Spearhead research initiatives across product areas.
- Create compelling research narratives combining qualitative and quantitative learnings.
- Mentor UX Researchers fostering research excellence.
- Develop long-term research strategies aligning with company goals.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define research, collect user observations.
- Help identify & implement new research methods.
- Be a partner in defining UX metrics and their collection.
- Support design operations and research capabilities.
- Represent Angi's UX Research team at industry events.
Who you are:
- 10+ years of UX Research experience.
- Passion for research projects (micro-scale to long-term).
- Mastery of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Understanding of the home improvement industry and/or service industry.
- Experience with data analysis tools and research platforms.
- Ability to align research with business goals.
- Influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Identify emerging trends in UX research.
Compensation & Benefits: $145,000 - $185,000 salary range.
