The Academy Product Group is looking for a talented Product Designer to shape the future of the Academy experience, collaborating closely with the Academy Learner and Creator Product Teams.
About the Role
Co-create a shared strategy, vision, and cohesive roadmap for the future of the product.
Drive alignment, set goals, and drive understanding and motivation with your team.
Understand your customer to build compelling journey scenarios, information architecture, interaction flows, and visual designs using the Trellis design system.
Work autonomously and with customer experience in mind.
Collaborate closely with researchers and content designers to create and iterate on experiences.
Play an active role in growing the UX team and culture.
