At lastminute.com, we are looking for a Product Designer – Checkout to join our team.
The job in brief:
- Job Title - Product Designer - Checkout
- Working model - hybrid from Madrid / full-remote from Spain
- Team - you will join the Product Designer team within the Value Stream department.
- Level - Professional
- Contract - Permanent - full-time (EUR 36 h/week)
What your impact will be
- Own the full design process, from early discovery and testing to asset delivery and consulting with engineers
- Work with research, product and tech to deliver products that customers love.
- Design mobile first. Web product focus, but mobile app experience is a plus.
- Be part of the Product Design team that you can rely on to share and collect feedback.
- Help the team revamp the entire product from a UI/UX perspective.
- Challenge everything.
Your expertise:
- Solid hands-on experience as a product designer, preferably in the checkout step in e-commerce or online travel agencies.
- Proven record of delivering products that customers love.
- Balance user needs and business goals.
- Strong portfolio showcasing great UX and UI solutions.
- Humility and collaborative spirit.
- Translate qualitative and quantitative data to turn it into actionable design insights
- Deep understanding of design systems.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
