Team & Role At ServiceNow, diversity inspires passion and creativity, propelling innovation. This role is part of our Product Design team, focused on understanding users’ needs to create product experiences they love. Our designers have diverse skills: design systems, visual, interaction, content, and product design. Design has a seat at the table, collaborating with engineering and product management.
What you get to do in this role:
- Develop innovative design solutions.
- Drive end-to-end product design solutions and detailed designs.
- Present ideas and solicit feedback in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leveraging or thinking about integrating AI into work processes.
- 2+ years of relevant design experience (internships included).
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design solutions.
- Experience with design tools for interactive designs, wireframes, and visual design.
- A growth mindset seeking learning opportunities.
- Ability to build trusting relationships through communication.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the product development lifecycle of web/software applications.
- Experience in user experience design or industry experience.
